Warehouse Parts Runner
Position Overview
Gelinas HVAC Services is seeking a dependable warehouse parts runner to join our growing team in Scarborough, Maine.
This position supports our service and installation crews by organizing materials, managing incoming inventory, and delivering parts where they are needed.
We offer year-round work, hands-on training, a supportive environment, and benefits designed to help employees build a long-term career.
Essential Job Functions
- Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts as needed.
- Pick, stage, and package materials for service and installation crews based on work orders.
- Review incoming shipments, verify accuracy, restock materials, and assist with inventory.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Clean and organize warehouse areas to improve efficiency.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when moving materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties
- Strong organization and communication skills
