How often will I be charged?
You are charged on the date you enroll and automatically every 12 months after that. Memberships may be canceled at any time, subject to the terms of the current 12-month membership period.
Do I need to call for my yearly service?
No. Our team will contact you when your eligible service visits are due. You may also call us to schedule at a time that works best for you.
Is Home Advantage a service or maintenance agreement?
No. Home Advantage is a membership program that provides eligible discounts and benefits for repairs, installations, and maintenance services.
The membership itself does not automatically cover all parts or labor unless a specific preventative coverage option has been separately selected and documented.
Will my discounts be applied automatically?
Yes. Applicable membership benefits will be automatically applied to eligible service visits after enrollment.
How many addresses are covered under one membership?
Home Advantage Membership is sold per property. A separate membership is required for each additional home or property.
Can I transfer my membership if I move?
Yes. Call our office and a team member can help transfer the membership to your new eligible address.
Will I be charged for an early cancellation?
Home Advantage is based on a 12-month agreement paid in full at enrollment.
You may cancel at any time, but remaining or partial months are non-refundable. Your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current agreement period after cancellation notice is received.
How do I cancel my membership?
