Got a quote on a Fujitsu system that beat one of their competitors in price and warranty and is going to paint the piping run ducts to match our siding... read more color. I will have more to come on this installer. So far I recommend this company for a heat pump installation. Install day came and they had an electrician and three Gelinas trucks for our job. We got a 2 zone mini split heat pump system with 1 outdoor condenser unit. I liked the electrician, he was friendly and did a great job on the electrical. All the wiring was very neat and well done! I provided custom color matched paint and they painted all the outside plastic piping enclosures. The paint matched perfectly! They placed the inside and outside unit where we asked. The condenser unit was installed on a stand and pad. The whole job was done in less than a day. I love the system, it heats and cools well and is very quiet. The outside unit is pretty quiet and no shaking or vibrations very nice unit. I recommend Gelinas and the Fujitsu heat pump system! The units look nice and perform very well. Since my heat pumps were installed, I shut my oil boiler down and haven't used any oil since. When they were installed it was still a cool spring and used the heat function. As it got warm and humid I have used the dry function and cool. Some days just used the fan function and did a good job cooling and was quiet and so convenient. We got rid of the 2 window AC units and haven't used our ceiling fans. We had a 14,000 window unit on the first floor before and it was loud and vibrated window. It ran constant and didn't cool very effective. We now have a 9,000 btu heat pump on 2nd floor and 15,000 btu heat pump on first floor. Even on pretty warm and steamy days we run the 2nd floor unit and it keeps the house cool and dry. If it got real hot and humid we turned on the 1st flr also. These units are awesome do such a good job and units don't make a racket like the window units. I highly recommend these units and gelinas to do install. Best investment we have made. We no longer have to fight putting those heavy window units in and take out. We just hit buttons on our remotes. Stay tuned more to come!

I am very happy we found Gelinas to service our two natural gas furnaces. They set reasonable times and let us know when they are on the way.

I got a text he was on his way, including his photo so I could identify him (great touch). He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional and easy to work with, and got right into the mess to figure out why one thermostat was either stuck on or off. Within an hour he had created a workaround to temporarily but fully fix the issue, had explained why the problem had happened in the first place (it was due to a wire I cut inadvertently during some home repair!), and had sent in a request for the parts needed for a permanent fix. I'm thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to send friends and family to Gelinas for their needs. Thanks so much! Gelinas did excellent work for us after weeks of issues having the fuel company take wild guesses at our furnace’s issue in subzero temps. Within minutes they had identified an... read more obvious issue with a clogged drain and over-pressured propane entering the unit. We were facing a huge bill for replacement parts before we called them, but it took Justin’s team maybe 1.25 hours to adjust and clean the system back to fighting weight at a fraction of the cost. We had a... read more company which i wont name come out at the time, went through 4k, 3 motherboards, and a fan motor with the problem not fixed so we finally had enough with them going back and forth as it is almost mid January with us having no heat and contacted Gelinass. I called had an appointment in less than a week, when the tech arrived, told him the problem and he had it diagnosed in less than 20 min. and got everything working again. He literally saved us THOUSANDS of dollars, the company we had before completely overlooked two blown fuses and bad communication cables and told us we needed to replace every motherboard on our Fujitsu's and another fan motor when that was not the case at all. We finally have our heat back and couldn't be happier with the services rendered, will for sure use this company for all future issues.

The heating engineers (Justin and Andrew) were exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and always personable. We have four large dogs and they were fantastic with them. The Gelinas team worked tirelessly for 3 solid days and their professionalism was outstanding. When an issue arose towards the beginning of the job, there was a teamwork approach, which also included the owner coming to the site and problem solving the issue. The team were clean, very supportive to the homeowner on efficiencies with the new boiler. The engineers came back another day to fire up the boiler for testing and running needs. Great customer service from start to finish – Jake, Diane and lastly follow up customer service email. I truly fun experience, which is not said very often when it comes to large scale home improvement experiences. I would highly recommend using Gelinas for any heating/cooling engineering needs.
