To Our Customers:
I write to assure you, as valued members the Gelinas HVAC community, that our company is taking measures in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) to protect the health and safety of employees, customers and communities while continuing to deliver reliable, professional HVAC services.
We are committed to providing the same valuable services to our customers 24/7 despite the spread of COVID-19.
Our primary concern is for the health and safety of our team and our customers. For that reason, we have put in place several protocols intended to keep our staff and the community safe, while still allowing our field technicians to continue to provide much needed services to our customers. Company travel has been restricted to our immediate service area, and our office staff is working remotely from their homes. Our offices are now closed to visitors. We are able to schedule appointments, answer questions, and handle customer concerns remotely via email or telephone. We can take payments over the phone.
Our Field Technicians have a very specific set of protocols to follow in order to practice safe social distancing, and to protect themselves and the community. They will be asking a few simple questions to customers before entering your home or business. We believe our safety and screening procedures are vital to protecting us all, and we appreciate your patience as we implement these new protocols. Rest assured, we are taking all necessary precautions and will continue to provide safe and dependable service to our customers.
We will continue to implement the best practices as developed by the State and Federal Centers for Disease Control, and we will continue to update you as necessary.
We are grateful for our loyal customers, and your health and safety is utmost in our minds. We know we will get through these difficult times working together as a community, with thought and care for each other. Stay well.
Sincerely,
Justin Zandan
