How often will I be charged?
You are charged at the date of signing, and automatically every 12 months following. Memberships may be canceled at any time.
Do I need to call for my yearly service?
No, we will contact you when your visit(s) are due. However, if you’d prefer to call to schedule at a time that works best for you, we’re happy to assist
Is the Home Advantage a service / maintenance agreement?
No. As a member you’ll receive discounts on repair, installations, and maintenance services. However, Home Advantage does not cover the cost of parts or labor.
Will I automatically get my discounts?
Yes! All applicable benefits will be automatically applied to your next service visit after signing.
How many addresses are covered under my membership?
The Home Advantage is sold per property. Ex. If you own more than one home, you would need a separate membership for each.
If I move, can I transfer my membership to my new address?
Yes! Please give us a call and we’ll be able to assist you in transferring your membership to your new address.
Will I be charged for an early cancellation?
Home Advantage is based on a 12-month agreement, which is paid in full at the time of signing. Memberships may be canceled at any time but remaining or partial months are non-refundable. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current agreement upon notifying our office.
