“I’d first like to thank Adrianna for her help, professionalism and concern about our non-functioning furnace today. I was quite upset and she reassured me that Gelinas would take care of the issue and she really helped me relax. She had a technician come over quickly to handle the issue. He was helpful in explaining the problem and was able to fix it and have the furnace running smoothly within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service!!
