“My heat pumps stopped working the beginning of the summer. Gelinas is the company that we use for our condos. Mike is the technician who came to fix the problem. He's lovely. The coil in the downstairs unit needed to be replaced, and he explained the problem and worked efficiently to fix it. He showed me the old coil , and even I could see what a mess it was. I hope that I don't have more problems, but if I do, I hope Mike comes back.”
